The Excel Academy is looking to appoint an experienced PA to Principal and Administration Manager. Applicants will need previous experience of working as a PA or within office management. You will need to be highly efficient and organised, show initiative and discretion with the ability to manage a busy workload working to tight deadlines, whilst accommodating regular complex changes with the principal’s schedule. You will also work collaboratively with the Academy and Trust teams. As part of your role, you will be flexible to attend meetings and events in the evening.
The ability to converse at ease with members of the public, including staff and students in accurate spoken English is essential for the post, therefore postholders must be able to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence through the medium of English.
