The Alpha Academies Trust (AAT) is looking for a motivated and determined HR professional to join the Central HR team supporting our academies across the trust. Supporting the Trust HR & People Manager, you would be expected to lead and advise on employee relations matters including but not limited to TUPE, Teachers and NJC terms and conditions, generalised HR casework, performance management, supporting attendance and equality and diversity. Working collaboratively across the trust you will also be leading on recruitment processes and developing policy. .
