The Excel Academy is seeking to appoint a Senior Leader to join their effective and successful team of highly motivated professionals who are working collaboratively to raise standards and expectations at all levels throughout Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will be experienced and will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of raising standards and being able to evidence the impact their leadership has already made in their existing role. The successful candidate must be an excellent practitioner, able to lead by example and inspire others, whilst offering support and challenge to teaching staff, line managing appropriate staff and at least one curriculum area.
