Sneyd Academy are looking for a positive, proactive, empowering individual who will contribute to the Academy’s safeguarding and welfare team. The post holder will implement interventions that will support families and students to achieve their potential. This will include leading early help meetings, carrying out home visits and liaising with external agencies to ensure families have access to the support available. You will have experience of working with families and demonstrating a positive impact, a Level 3 qualification in childcare/education, a good understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures and will have relevant experience of working with a variety of child support agencies. The post holder will need to have a full, clean driving licence and access to a car.
